Thank you for shopping with Verve Fume. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or sprayed.

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused after delivery.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions, unless damaged or defective.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Returns requested after the applicable return period.

5. Change of Mind or Fragrance Preference

Fragrance preferences vary from person to person. We generally cannot accept returns because a customer does not like the fragrance, longevity, projection, or scent profile after opening or using the product.

We recommend reviewing the fragrance notes and product description carefully before placing your order.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

7. Return Shipping

If a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, eligible return shipping costs will be handled according to our return process.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
