Thank you for shopping with Verve Fume. We aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
During sales, festivals, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to eligible locations across India where delivery services are available through our courier partners.
Delivery availability may depend on the customer's PIN code and the serviceability of our shipping partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery to remote or certain regional locations may take longer.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, public holidays, natural events, or other logistical disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number when placing an order.
Verve Fume will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist you if the order has not already been dispatched.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package before opening it.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos and/or an unboxing video.
Eligible claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification and our applicable policies.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders, if offered at checkout.
Additional COD charges may apply. We reserve the right to restrict COD availability based on order value, location, previous unsuccessful deliveries, or other reasonable risk considerations.
11. Perfume Shipping Restrictions
Perfumes and fragrance products may be subject to specific courier or transportation restrictions because many fragrances contain alcohol and may be classified as flammable goods.
As a result, certain delivery methods or locations may not be available for some products. If we are unable to ship your order to your location, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
